2010 Joint PIWG and EVI-GTI Fall Conference

To register, click here. Early registration is strongly encouraged. Registration fee for those who register before October 15 is $US 750/person. Registration after October 15 and onsite registration is $US 800/person. This fee includes Tuesday evening reception, breakfasts and lunches during the conference.
Conference Cancellation Policy

Agenda
The PIWG/EVI-GTI conference agenda will include the following:
- Technical presentations from PIWG industry members, PIWG Strategic Advisory Board companies, academia and EVI-GTI members.
- Standards meetings for Blade Tip Clearance, Blade Tip Timing and Thermographic Phosphors
- Opportunity to exhibit
- Tentative tours of Triumph Group and NASA Langley
- PIWG and EVI-GTI business meetings (members only)
- Registration fee includes Tuesday evening reception, breakfasts, breaks and lunches during conference
Additional Meetings to be held in conjunction with the PIWG/EVI-GRI Conference:
On Monday morning, October 25, from 9:00 a.m. to noon, there will be Standard Committee Meetings for Blade Tip Timing and Thermographic Phosphors. Monday afternoon and the morning of Tuesday, October 26, the NATO AV180 meeting will be held in conjunction with this conference. On Tuesday morning there will also be a meeting joint US/UK DOE meeting (invitation only).
Call for Presentations and Papers
Technical presentation papers are now being solicited from across the US and EU that relate to all facets of gas turbine sensors, instrumentation, test and development. Deadline for abstracts is September 24, 2010.

Accommodations

A credit card guarantee or a deposit will be required to secure the room. The room block will be held until September 10, 2010 at which time all unreserved rooms will be returned to the general public. Rooms will then be available on a space available basis at the prevailing rate. Please make your reservations early to ensure the group rate. Rooms may be canceled without penalty until October 8, 2010.
