PIWG has made arrangements for a block of rooms at the OMNI Hotel in Newport News. The room rate is $US 88 per night plus applicable taxes. This rate is available for industry, academia and US Government employees. For online hotel reservations,

A credit card guarantee or a deposit will be required to secure the room. The room block will be held until September 10, 2010 at which time all unreserved rooms will be returned to the general public. Rooms will then be available on a space available basis at the prevailing rate. Please make your reservations early to ensure the group rate. Rooms may be canceled without penalty until October 8, 2010.
